Ticket Purchase and Payment
1.1. All ticket sales are final. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking, unless a payment plan has been explicitly offered and agreed upon.
1.3. Tickets are issued electronically and will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
1.4. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
2.1. Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of a full event cancellation by the organiser.
2.2. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual by notifying us at least 7 days before the event via email: [email protected].
2.3. In the case of event cancellation, your ticket will be fully refunded. No further liability will be held by the organiser for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred.
2.4. If the event is postponed, your ticket will be automatically transferred to the new date. Refunds will not be issued unless the new date is unreasonably inconvenient.
3. Event Changes
3.1. The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, content, or venue where necessary.
3.2. All reasonable efforts will be made to notify ticket holders of any significant changes.
4. Conduct and Participation
4.1. Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
4.2. Participation in certain activities (e.g. yoga, ice baths) is voluntary. You accept full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing during these sessions.
5. Photography & Filming
5.1. The event may be professionally photographed, filmed, or recorded.
5.2. By attending, you grant the organiser permission to use any images or recordings for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.
6. Health & Safety
6.1. You are responsible for informing us of any medical, dietary, or accessibility needs when booking.
6.2. Participation in physical activities is at your own risk. If you are pregnant, have injuries or medical conditions, please consult your doctor before taking part.
7. Force Majeure
7.1. The organiser shall not be liable for delays or cancellation of the event due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, or strikes).
8. Liability Waiver
8.1. The organiser will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained at the event, except where caused by proven negligence.
8.2. You are responsible for your own belongings and agree not to hold the organiser liable for any theft, loss, or damage.
9. Privacy
9.1. Your personal data will be used only for ticket processing, communications about the event, and related follow-up.
